When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt Response: I typically do things that I enjoy to help with my mood. Sometimes I will also connect with some of my favorite people. Another thing that I have started to do recently is deep breathing. I found that breathing has a surprising effect on your mood.

Summary: Today we did a NewsELA assignment.
