The last scene forces readers to reinterpret Emily’s entire life. Write about a moment when new information changed your perception of a person or situation. How did that “plot twist” reshape your understanding, the same way Faulkner’s ending reshapes the story?

Prompt Response: I am not going into go into detail about what it was, but my friend at the gym confronted me about somebody I knew that had stolen something from him. He described the person as tall and blonde. I instantly came to a conclusion about who it was and stuck with it for about a week. A week later, a closer friend of mine walks into the gym who matches the same description and I came to a grim realization. I confronted my close friend about this and he admitted to stealing the item.

Summary: Today we did a quiz on "A Rose for Emily"

Reflection: The quiz made me realize I need to work on eliminating answer choices.
