Prompt: As we think about our upcoming Vocabulary Monday, tell me what is your favorite word RIGHT NOW? Why is it your faovorite word and how often do you use it?

Prompt; I do not think that I necessarily have a favorite word, but a word I really enjoy is "serendipity". This word means a chain of events that happens in a favorable way. I enjoy this word not just because of its meaning but because it shows how the English language can have such specific words to use in very niche situations. I feel like that is the beauty in learning new vocabulary because it is so satisfying to use such words when it fits perfectly.

Summary: Today we spent the whole period working on our "Birches" presentations.

Reflection: I felt more connected with my childhood memories while working on my project.
