Write about a fear you have overcome.

 Prompt: A fear I have overcome was riding a skateboard for the first time. Riding a skateboard seemed very intimidating at first. I remember getting on the board and I could hardly stand on it, let alone move on it. It took a while getting comfortable with riding it, but now that I have done it I cannot imagine not being able to move around on it.

Summary: We did a group assignment on creating claims and opposing claims.

Reflection: I learned that you must not be biased in your essay and you must provide an opposing claim.
