 Prompt Response: My favorite part about creating a poem is setting up a vivid setting for my poem. I like to set up a good setting before writing the rest of my poem. I like to do this because it makes the poem feel more immersive. It also makes writing the poem more enjoyable.

  Prompt Response:  When I am working on a project, I typically create a loose plan in my head on what I want to do and how I will do it. This helps me stay on track and avoid wasting time. I was most proud of a project I made in 8th grade. I made a very impressive civil war diorama. This project was of a quality I never thought that I could achieve. I also really enjoyed making the project because I really enjoy history. Summary: Today we did a vocabulary assignment. Reflection:  I learned new words that I can use in my writing.

 Prompt: The word malinger resonates with me. I never knew that there was an entire word for skipping work or school by pretending to be sick. It is a useful word that is not really heard of.
